4.2 Returns of physical products
Buyers based in EU member countries have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the item.
This right does not extend to custom-made products and digital content, including artwork and patterns.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED original condition.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on the packaging.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and all transaction fees incurred.
Custom made items can only be returned if faulty.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
